Fluid Empathy Water Bodies - Soma and Earth
15:00 - 15:30
This workshop explores activating the consciousness of the fluid system. It allows participants to reclaim holistic fluid mindfulness, discovering a fluid empathy to merge with the self, others, and the earth. Beginning with cellular breathing, we will explore the resonance and flow that occurs at the cellular level, establishing the presence of the here and now. Grounding into the earth’s support, we will be led to visualize the earth’s water table, its oceans, seas, lakes, rivers and streams. Participants will then be guided to embody the resonant qualities of fluids including cellular, blood, cerebrospinal, synovial, interstitial, and lymph. Awareness and integration of our fluid connectivity allows for transitions and repatterning to manifest. As the flow of the fluid system is brought into greater awareness, movement and response is assisted by the ebb and flow of fluid connectivity. Pouring consciousness into one’s self, like a tide coming in and out, we find empathy in movement with each other and our planet’s most precious commodity. Fluid tone, ease in movement, continuity, touch and change are engaged as we flow into fluid empathy and sense how the earth and soma flow together in resonant harmony.
