African Holistic Dance

African Holistic Dance practical presentation is rooted in African and Caribbean dance movements; working with different styles of movement analysis, body sensing whilst interacting through dance and/or somatic exploration with people of different races and cultures. Golding's work involves two dance structures: PERFORMING SANKOFA which supports the ability to move freely without inhibition and enabling better health. MOVING ANKH MEDITATION develops mindfulness of the body by learning how to circulate and move energy.
