The sensual encounter of our own felt body with the concreteness of the felt world serves us as a source of regeneration, inspiration and orientation. We use our environment for our survival and for our balance. Thereby each of our steps leaves its traces, inner-bodily and in the environment, at the same time environment weaves itself into us as a trace. In this workshop we will use somatic practice (outside!) to awaken a fine sense as well as responsibility for this interrelatedness.
This is an outdoor workshop. Please wear appropriate warm clothing.
The workshop will happen in all weather conditions.

Feldenkrais-Practitioner / Somatic-Yoga-Lehrerin / Tänzerin & Choreografin / Bergwanderführerin / Physiotherapeutin. Künstlerische Leitung Tanz & Somatische Forschung für die Somatische Akademie Berlin. Mitglied im Deutschen Feldenkrais Verband. Bewusstes und lebendiges Lernen, das Potential zwischen individueller Freiheit und kollektiver Eingebundenheit in die Umgebung, sowie Freude und Leichtigkeit in Bewegung stehen im Mittelpunkt ihres Unterrichts und sind Teil ihrer kontinuierlichen Forschung. Diese ist geprägt von tief-spürendem Durchdringen und denkend-handelndem Reflektieren. Ihre Arbeit umfasst darüber hinaus Performance-Projekte, Konferenzbeiträge und Publikationen mit dem Schwerpunkt Somatik und Choreografie, sowie zum Thema Gehen. Regelmäßige Unterrichtstätigkeit an Universitäten u.a. an der FU Berlin, UdK Berlin und am HZT Berlin.
